Previous working experience in the same or similar activity will in any case be considered as an advantage during candidates selection, but it is not mandatory. That's why we have provided full training for mastering work duties from day one.

According to the legal regulations, between each work shift, everyone is entitled to a rest of at least 24 hours, each employee has up to 10 days off monthly and for this there is a fixed schedule before the beginning of each month, with the possibility of changes depending on the needs of the employees.

Usually, the training lasts from 3 to a maximum of 10 days, and it depends on the speed of mastering the work tasks of the candidate. The goal of the training is for both, the management and the candidate, to see if the job candidate really fits into the dynamics of the job. That's why it would be best if everyone who is in training should see the course of work on the first, second and third shift. The agreement on the time and place of training is flexible and by agreement.

The working place for performance of work duties is agreed at the interview, depending on the candidate's place of residence and the place where there is a need for a new employee. We offer the possibility to change the place of work as needed or upon request, we also offer conditions for changing the place of work from one city to another.

 For each employee, there is an appropriate working uniform, shoes, and free coffee and drinks during the work shift. Celebrations and parties for new subsidiaries, club birthdays, New Year's celebrations, opportunity to participate in team building events are organized. Each year, a New Year's bonus is paid to each employee, as well as a bonus for the club's employee of the year, a New Year's work bonus, a wedding gift and other benefits.
